so the marathon is tomorrow, and i would love it if ya'all came out to cheer me on... hearing/seeing someone you know along the race course is better than any ingestable fuel... it is inevitably what got me across the finish line so quickly last year. and even if you don't get to see me, there are thousands of other runners who value every last person who comes out to cheer... and it's one of the most awesome things to witness in nyc.
